Microwave substrate & copper foil production

Wolltech is a manufacturer of specialty microwave telecommunications circuitry made of high frequency laminates. Our production line includes one sided etched microwave substrate, double sided etched microwave substrate, both made from high quality RT/duroid (supplied by Rogers Corporation), and etched copper or brass foil.

Microwave substrate produced by Wolltech is based on a positive process, using a liquid photoresist and a positive phototool (provided by the customer) to achieve a high resolution. Standard panel size is 6" by 9". This process is also used to produce our etched copper foil, with the exception of using two customer provided phototools. Either product can be as thick as 10 mil.
